About the Role

The Evidence Services team is responsible for collecting, managing and analysing evidence using various databases and litigation support tools to assist regulatory teams in reviewing and presenting evidence in courts and other bodies.

  • You will work closely with investigation teams to implement established evidence review strategies, ensuring the effective use of technology and advanced analytics.
  • You will provide advice to investigation teams on established evidence management and analysis practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare briefs and disclosure documents, as well as civil discovery and administrative banning briefs, using software such as Nuix Discover and related technologies.
  • Deliver training and provide support to investigation teams in the effective use of evidence management systems.
  • Maintain and administer evidence management systems according to established rules and procedures.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in consulting, eDiscovery and evidence management in a professional services firm, law firm or enforcement agency.

  • You will have technical expertise and specialist skills to assist in achieving impactful outcomes.
  • You will have experience managing stakeholder expectations, responding to complex enquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
