Job Description

As a Data Analytics Professional in our People Analytics Reporting team, you will play a key role in creating, maintaining, and optimising reports and dashboards within SAP SuccessFactors.

  • Create, maintain and optimise various reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
  • Develop complex SQL queries to extract relevant people data for analysis.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of data retrieval, manipulation, and storage while ensuring high levels of data security and integrity.

Data Visualisation and Communication

  • Design and implement data models that support robust HR analytics and reporting.
  • Develop visually compelling and insightful dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or other visualisation software.
  • Present data analytics and insights to stakeholders through clear and engaging presentations.

Employee Surveys and Analysis

  • Plan, execute, and analyse employee surveys to gauge employee engagement, satisfaction, and other HR metrics.
  • Develop and implement survey methodologies and tools to ensure data accuracy and relevance.

About This Role

This Data Analytics Professional role is based in Sydney and offers an estimated annual salary of AUD $110,000 - $130,000 depending on experience.
