About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Manager to join our team at Jenny Barbour IT & Project Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our clients' Data & Analytics environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive the roadmap for delivery of the Data & Analytics strategy
  • Develop strategies for effective data analysis, reporting, and analytics solutions
  • Manage and oversee data warehouse and BI tools to deliver meaningful insights and analysis
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate insights into action
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business outcomes
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in Data & Analytics, including Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and Power BI
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles and data integration technologies
  • Proven experience in managing vendors and driving performance improvements
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to build and motivate a high-performing team
