Lead the Way in Luxury Spa Management

Crystalbrook Collection Hotels is seeking an exceptional Spa Manager to join our team at Eléme Day Spa in Byron Bay. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the efficient and profitable operations of our luxury spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of spa therapists and coordinate spa operations and schedules
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to deliver financial targets and elevate the Crystalbrook Collection brand
  • Ensure high service and presentation standards are maintained
  • Conduct guest surveys to ensure satisfaction levels meet expectations
  • Attract, recruit, motivate, and develop talent
  • Liaise with colleagues to create initiatives to attract new clientele
  • Monitor inventory and arrange staff rosters
  • Remain current with global health and beauty trends
  • Ensure impeccable cleanliness and presentation of the Spa
Requirements:
  • Significant and established Spa Management experience in a high-end, luxury environment
  • Technical expertise to recruit, train, and inspire a team
  • Diploma level qualification in Beauty and/or Massage Therapy
  • Visible leadership skills with the ability to train and develop a large team
  • Natural flair in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Passion for wellness and providing the best possible guest experience
  • Service-focused with a natural ability to think outside the box
