Your Role

As a Store Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead the retail operations in Byron Bay, coaching and inspiring your team to achieve their best performance and ensuring our store continues to be a popular destination for people looking for good quality pre-loved treasures.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead, grow, and develop a team of paid employees and volunteers
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to every customer, every time
  • Embed exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards
  • Meet and exceed sales and KPI performance of the store
  • Champion the voice of the donor by upholding the highest standards in product sorting, pricing, and placement
  • Build and support the volunteer workforce and engage with the local community
  • Role-model a 'safety first' culture in store
  • Use the company's mission and values to support decision-making, act as a brand advocate inside and outside of the store.

You Will Need

  • Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion, and/or high-volume retail
  • Strong leadership potential; with good fashion sense
  • Strong focus on customer experience
  • Proven people management skills or experience in managing people, training, and coaching
  • Proven ability to track store sales performance and drive team towards meeting sales targets
