Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Multicultural Practitioner. In this role, you will provide advice and support to ensure culturally competent and responsive case management and diversion planning across Youth Justice.

You will work closely with young people and families from diverse cultural backgrounds, providing guidance and resources to help them navigate the justice system.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people and their families, while also contributing to the development of our workforce's cultural capability.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise and understanding of multicultural and multifaith communities
  • Strong ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with diverse groups
  • Bachelor or Diploma in a related field (desired)
