Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career in specialty practice? We have an exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses to join our team as Transition to Specialty Practice, Heath Wing 4. This 12-month supported position will enable nurses to gain specialist knowledge and skills caring for acute general surgical patients across the in-patient ward.

The Program Overview

We offer a comprehensive training program via GROW, providing nurses with access to online learning resources and expert guidance. Our Clinical Education Team and dedicated ward-based preceptors will support your development, ensuring you achieve your goals.

  • Rostered time will be allocated to attend various study days, allowing you to deepen your understanding of the specialty.
Requirements

To be eligible for this role, applicants must be Registered Nurses with minimum 1 year acute nursing experience or completion of a graduate year.
