Operations Supervisor

To drive productivity and efficiency in our manufacturing process, we are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor.

  • Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing regulations and conducting regular inspections.
  • Develop and implement efficient production schedules to meet requirements, utilizing expertise in lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Guarantee timely delivery to customers by resolving production issues promptly and effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and lead the implementation of process improvements to enhance overall performance.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance, including preventive maintenance and housekeeping programs, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Recommend strategic changes to equipment and production methods to optimize workflow and increase productivity.
  • Review and suggest modifications to production processes and operations to maintain competitiveness.
  • Monitor and recommend necessary layout changes for new equipment or materials to optimize space utilization.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and propose measures to minimize waste levels and promote sustainability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in production/manufacturing industry with a focus on team leadership and collaboration.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
