**Job Opportunity for Personal Care Assistant**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our care team on a permanent part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality personal care services to our residents, enabling them to maintain independence and dignity.
The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III qualification in Aged Care or a related field and have demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. They will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide personal care to assist residents to maintain independence and dignity
- Attend to meal delivery and refreshments as required
- Record observations on relevant assessment charts and documents any observed exceptions to the care plan in the progress notes; and reports such to the EN/RN
- Check residents daily menu requirements
- Attend to duties as allocated and or delegated by the RN/EN, including general ward duties
**Requirements:**
- Current National Police Certificate & NDIS Screening (or ability to acquire)
- Relevant Certificate III Qualification
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
