**_We are seeking Personal Care Assistants to join our care team on a permanent part time bases at our Wattleglen Home in Sale, Victoria. _**

**The opportunity**:

Key Duties:_**
- Provide personal care to assist residents to maintain independence and dignity with respect to activities of daily living and lifestyle.
- Attend to meal delivery and refreshments as required.
- Record observations on relevant assessment charts and documents any observed exceptions to the care plan in the progress notes; and reports such to the EN/RN.
- Check residents daily menu requirements.
- Attend to duties as allocated and or delegated by the RN/EN, including general ward duties.
- **Any other task not defined but within the employees skills, as directed by the organisation**.

**Requirements**:
**Essential**:

- Current National Police Certificate & NDIS Screening (or ability to acquire)
- Relevant Certificate III Qualification
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
