Our organization is seeking a dedicated and passionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a Casual Disability Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to individuals with disabilities in various locations across Gippsland, Bass Coast, Latrobe, and Wellington shires.
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients.
- Support clients with daily living tasks, personal care, and other activities that promote independence and well-being.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and carers to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Employee Working with Children's Check.
- A valid First Aid and CPR certificate (preferred).
- Valid driver's license and access to a registered and insured vehicle.
