Nursing Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nursing Care Specialist to join our team. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality nursing care and support to residents.
Your responsibilities will involve assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), administering medications as prescribed by the physician, observing and recording residents' vital signs, and conducting health assessments.
About This Role- Personal Care: Assist residents with showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
- Medication Administration: Administer medications and ensure proper documentation.
- Health Monitoring: Observe and record residents' vital signs and symptoms.
- Assessment and Reporting: Conduct health assessments and report changes to the supervising RN or healthcare team.
- Current AHPRA Registration is essential for this role.
- Aged Care accreditation standards knowledge is a must-have.
- Adaptable, passionate, and willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this position.
- Collaborative and skilled at teamwork are vital skills required for this role.
