Job Description
  • Lead the transformation of an iconic Australian brand by developing a comprehensive understanding of category and consumer trends.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement brand strategies that meet business goals and growth targets across various markets.
  • Craft and execute innovative communication plans to build brand equity and drive category growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create a 3-year innovation pipeline that meets consumer needs and drives long-term success.
  • Manage brand budgets efficiently and provide accurate monthly forecasting.
  • Mentor junior team members and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster a high-performance culture.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working within either FMCG and/or the pharmacy industry.
  • Demonstrated strengths in leading brand strategy and execution coupled with comprehensive understanding of brand planning and innovation management.
  • Demonstrated passion for brands with a consumer-centric mindset.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Commercially and financially savvy, including sales and margin tracking, and advertising and promotion effectiveness.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, highly organized, with keen attention to detail and able to work effectively within time constraints.
  • Experiencing mentoring and developing junior team members.
