Repair Team Lead Job Description

An exceptional career opportunity has arisen for a skilled Repair Team Lead to join our dynamic team in the heart of Karratha. This role is responsible for assisting senior staff and overseeing all repair work to ensure the highest standard of customer service.

  • Lead a team of up to 20 workers, providing guidance and proactive leadership skills.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Complete planned, unplanned, and corrective maintenance tasks.
  • Evaluate equipment and initiate job requests for any defective parts/components found.
  • Represent the organization in a professional manner.
  • Supervise lifting and handling activities within the workshop.

Essential Requirements:

  • Hold a Certificate III in Mechanical, Machinist or Fabrication (Trade Certificate).
  • Experience in a leading hand position.
  • Able to communicate effectively.
  • Working knowledge of heavy equipment related to the crushing and screening industry.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with varied situations.
  • Capacity to train others and provide required training and qualification.
