Description:

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Nurse to join our dedicated Residential Care team. This is your chance to work in a close-knit team of four, providing exceptional, person-centred care to our residents - and making a meaningful difference every single day.

This is a part-time role with a regular roster that includes morning shifts and one weekend per fortnight, plus the opportunity to pick up extra shifts for leave cover.

Shift details:

• Morning: 7:00am - 3:06pm
• Afternoon: 2:24pm - 10:30pm (penalty rates apply for afternoons & weekends)
  
  

Roster:

• Week 1: Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun (AM)
• Week 2: Wed, Mon, Tue (AM) You'll work all listed shifts.

What you'll do

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure residents' needs are met to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and allied health professionals to deliver person-centred care.
• Ensure compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and all legislative requirements.
• Lead the creation, monitoring, and adherence of comprehensive care plans.
• Manage incidents, risks, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Mentor, train, and support your team - helping them grow in skill and confidence.
• Provide steady leadership during critical events.
  
  

What you'll bring

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Extensive aged care clinical experience (residential care preferred).
• Proven leadership skills in a care team setting.
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Current National Police Clearance (within 6 months).
• COVID and Flu vaccinations (highly recommended).
