Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team in Invercargill. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and carrying out all workshop service administration duties, ensuring a high level of service and repair work for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and carry out all administrative tasks within the service department
  • Make and process warranty claims
  • Manage Inwards and outwards machine inventories
  • Support the Service Manager to ensure the Service department is productive and profitable

  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of computing skill
  • An affinity with the agricultural and/or mechanical industry
  • High levels of honesty and integrity
