**Job Title:** Service Operations CoordinatorWe are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Service Operations Coordinator. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Power Generation Service team, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of tasks.Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate administrative requirements with the Power Generation Service team, guaranteeing efficient task completion.
  • Create purchase orders for service team members, facilitating smooth procurement processes.
  • Process invoices for the service department, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Enter technician hours on jobs as required, providing detailed insights into project timelines.
  • Administer Power Generation customer online portals and training requirements for the service team, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Open jobs for the service team as required, collaborating with the Service Advisor to ensure effective workflow management.
  • Gather and maintain information in centralized databases, enabling data-driven decision making.
  • Attend meetings as required, both internal and external, fostering strong relationships within the organization.
  • Assist with project-related administration, including ordering of parts and equipment as needed, to drive project success.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated administrative experience in Automotive, Construction or other Trade related fields, showcasing expertise in relevant domains.
  • Experience delivering first-class customer service, prioritizing client satisfaction and building strong relationships.
  • Care and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office suite and working across different databases and systems, leveraging technical skills to enhance productivity.
  • A self-starter who is happy to take ownership of tasks and initiatives, driving results-oriented outcomes.
  • Positive, upbeat attitude and ability to pick up new concepts quickly, adapting to changing situations with ease.
  • Strong work ethic and result orientation, consistently delivering high-quality work under deadlines.
  • Ability to work well in a small group of people, fostering collaboration and teamwork within the organization.
