Job Title:

A Service Operations Coordinator role is available in a dynamic organization.

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to manage operational processes. In this role, you will provide support to the service team by creating new reactive and breakdown jobs in the system, reviewing quotes to ensure accurate deployment forecasts, and supporting workload planning for technicians.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing work-related reports and timesheets, processing purchase orders, and liaising with internal credit and services functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create new reactive and breakdown jobs in the system.
  • Review new quotes to ensure deployment forecast accuracy.
  • Support technician workload planning.
  • Process Purchase Orders for service activities and liaison with internal credit function.
  • Manage work-related reports and timesheets.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience or qualifications in administration (desired).
  • Be self-motivated with a focus on task ownership.
  • Effective communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Liaise with customers/suppliers to coordinate resolution of issues or queries.
  • High level of customer focus.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organisation and time management skills.
  • Computer skills.
