We are seeking dedicated and qualified educators to join our team on a consistent casual basis.

Our goal is to grow as committed teams of professionals that provide a nurturing environment and quality programs that cater to the individual needs and interests of children.

We work in partnership with families and the local community to ensure children feel safe, supported and secure as they develop positive self-esteem.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Aiding room leaders and ensuring children's safety
  2. Supporting the ongoing development of children
  3. Participating in all aspects of the daily running of the centre
  4. Fostering relationships with families and children throughout the centre
  5. Maintaining Work Health and Safety always
  6. Facilitating Play Based Learning

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Children's Services (minimum)
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework and ELYF
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Strong interpersonal skills (approachable, go-getter, positive attitude)
  • Reliable and adaptable team player, willing to work across the whole centre
