Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

Our early learning service in North Bondi is seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team. As a member of our community, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and their families.

We are committed to providing high-quality education and care that is tailored to meet the individual needs of each child. Our experienced team works collaboratively to create a stimulating and supportive environment that encourages children to explore, learn and grow.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the development of educational programs, building strong relationships with children and their families, and facilitating play-based learning environments that promote social, emotional and cognitive development.

About the Role
  • To contribute to the development of educational programs that reflect the approved learning framework
  • To develop positive and respectful relationships with children, families and community members
  • To facilitate play-based learning environments that respond to children's interests, strengths and abilities
  • To document children's learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes

Requirements
  • A Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Previous experience working at a diploma level in an early learning service
  • A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
