Key Responsibilities

As a Childcare Professional, you'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring children's safety and well-being
  • Supporting the ongoing development of children through play-based learning
  • Participating in all aspects of the daily running of the centre
  • Fostering relationships with families and children throughout the centre
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum Certificate III in Children's Services
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework and ELYF
  • A current Working with Childrens Check (WWCC)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including approachability and a positive attitude
  • Reliability and adaptability as a team player, willing to work across the whole centre
