Lead Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced educator to join our leadership team as a Lead Educator.

  • Facilitate the implementation of contemporary, research-based practices at the service
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to other staff in all areas of service operation
  • Implement the service statement of philosophy that guides pedagogy and teaching decisions
  • Assist to develop and implement daily routines and use these as learning opportunities for the service

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated educator to make a real difference in the lives of children and families. As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for supporting your team and Director to ensure high-quality educational programs and services are delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs that reflect the National Quality Standards and the National Quality Framework
  • Work closely with the Director to ensure effective leadership and management of the service
  • Support staff to provide high-quality care and education to children
  • Maintain accurate records of children's development and assessments against learning outcomes
