Job Description

The role of Program Lead in Health Services involves leading and managing the coordination, design, development, delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement of vocational education and training programs and services. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team of Teachers.
  • Coordinating, designing, developing, delivering, evaluating, and continuously improving vocational education and training programs and services.
  • Monitoring student progress and results, in accordance with regulatory standards.

This role requires strong educational leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to develop strategic direction and derive significant educational and/or business-focused solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
  • A qualification in a relevant health-related field.
  • Relevant current industry experience.
  • Current teaching experience.
  • Extensive theoretical and practical knowledge of course design, delivery, and assessment, within the governance framework.
  • Highly skilled in educational leadership and management.
