We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Facilities to lead our national facilities management function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the national facilities management function, ensuring safe and compliant operations across stores and corporate offices.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive continuous improvement in service and cost efficiency.
  • Manage key supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with legislative obligations and lease agreements.
  • Provide financial oversight and leadership of a high-performing team.
  • Support construction, fitout and renewal programs, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with building standards.
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience in facilities management or property leadership roles.
  • Bachelor's degree or extensive industry experience in facilities management, engineering or related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance systems, building compliance and OH&S obligations.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale budgets and contracts.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
