Job Description:

The Operations Director will oversee the operational performance of our property, ensuring seamless execution of lifecycle asset planning, project management, commissioning, and daily operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing site operational teams, providing guidance to ensure activities are prioritized and completed efficiently.
  • Driving a safety culture across the asset, ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures.
  • Providing assistance to Tenancy Delivery contractors, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring compliance with environmental and OH&S requirements.
  • Managing operational expenditure budgets and capital forecasting.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a similar role, managing multi-project programs, and be comfortable providing guidance to diverse teams. They will have vast experience in contract management and administration, with the ability to form effective working relationships across stakeholder groups.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about operations management, who can draw upon various sources of data to identify trends and improve operational performance.
