Business Growth Strategist

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain profitable customer relationships within assigned territories to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand product offerings, drive new business opportunities, and increase the company's market presence.
  • Maintain a strong call cycle with existing customers while continuously seeking new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine customer sales strategies to maximize revenue potential and profitability.
  • Present promotional activities to enhance sales growth and shelf space at all customer outlets.
  • Research customers' sales and product ranges to develop proactive call initiatives.
  • Attend trade events and conduct in-store training programs with counter staff and end-users.
  • Introduce new products regularly and set quarterly objectives for achievement.
  • Accurately forecast revenue streams from territories on a weekly basis.
  • Implement cost-effective call strategies and monitor travel expenses within guidelines.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings.
  • Complete daily call logs and track information in CRM systems.
  • Review 90-day strategic plans with sales managers.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of prior experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Representative.
  • Excellent product knowledge.
  • Ability to lead by example and be a role model for the wider organization.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
