Job Overview
Global Payroll Services ManagerThis role entails overseeing the entire payroll cycle for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate data collection, validation, and timely processing in compliance with local and international regulations.
You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to lead project planning and manage cross-functional workstreams. Your expertise will help clients navigate operational changes, enhance efficiency, and remain compliant with evolving payroll standards across jurisdictions.
- Manage the monthly payroll process for clients in various countries and jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support or lead the implementation of global payroll platforms to optimize processes.
- Validate payroll data across digital platforms, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Deliver compliant payroll services in line with local laws and global standards.
- Provide guidance and solutions on payroll-specific issues raised by clients.
- Identify and implement improvements to internal and client-facing payroll processes.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead project milestones, budgets, and reporting across key workstreams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in payroll management.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and implementation (e.g. SAP, Workday, ADP).
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance requirements and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
