The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Letter of Offer Return Specialist to work closely with business stakeholders, other parts of our COO-Institutional Australia function, and Product partners to deliver timely and optimized customer outcomes for lending facilities and collateral management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with business stakeholders to provide superior customer support
  • Accurate and timely review of Returned Letters of Offer to ensure compliance with execution requirements and policy
  • Accurate and timely setup of lending facilities in core systems such as Orion and OCP
  • Contributing to a collaborative team environment within Customer Data and Documentation teams and other COO Institutional Australia business

This role requires excellent attention to detail, ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure, and sound knowledge of banking systems such as CACHE, Orion, OCP, Loan IQ or willingness to learn.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Detailed knowledge of banking systems such as CACHE, Orion, OCP, Loan IQ or a willingness to learn
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow through all issues to completion
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High-quality verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working within an operational environment
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus benefits including access to health and wellbeing services, discounts on selected products and services from ANZ, and flexible working arrangements.
