Project Management Specialist Role

Project logistics specialists play a vital role in executing project activities across various locations. They foster business growth by delivering customer-centric solutions and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic planning, capability building, daily activity coordination, and broader strategy development.
  • Business expansion through identifying and implementing efficient solutions that drive customer-focused growth.
  • Maintaining high work standards and safety while coaching others to improve performance.
  • Taking ownership of outcomes beyond immediate responsibilities to enhance profitability.
  • Evaluating customer needs thoroughly and delivering solutions that foster long-term relationships.
  • Assisting with project activities, managing costings, invoices, accounts, and collaborating across teams to meet customer and business needs.
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of international and domestic freight regulations, global forwarding operations, and market dynamics.
  • Hands-on experience in heavy haulage, oversized loads, project movements, stevedoring, ocean freight, customs brokerage, and administration.
  • Proven ability to engage with customers, demonstrating a strong service ethic and client-focused approach.
  • Methodical and detail-oriented with strong planning, time management, and execution capabilities.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, risk mitigation, and improving customer experience and business performance.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills to support operational and administrative tasks.
