Job Title: Facilities DirectorAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Director to join our team at CBRE GWS. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing soft and hard FM services across our Melbourne CBD operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of soft and hard FM services, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.
  • Manage a team of facilities managers, technicians, and other support staff, providing guidance and leadership to ensure high-performance service delivery.
  • Develop and implement service plans, KPIs, and financial plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve service delivery.
About You
  • You have a proven track record in facilities management, with experience in leading teams and managing complex FM services.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • You have a strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • You are a strategic thinker, with the ability to develop and implement business growth plans.
