Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator/Analyst to join our team at Kohort Partners Pty Ltd in Macquarie Park. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the daily administration and support of our Salesforce database, including user setups, profiles, and roles.

This is a permanent position with a hybrid working model, requiring 2-3 days in the office. Interviews can be arranged on short notice, and an immediate start is possible but not mandatory.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have approximately 3-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and possess strong technical declarative skills, including flow creation. They should also be able to produce high-quality documentation and provide recommendations for system improvements.

  • Roughly 3-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Daily administration and support of Salesforce database
  • Experience with technical declarative tools, including creating flows
  • Ability to produce quality documentation
  • Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) experience beneficial but not mandatory
Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud, or App Builder certification desirable
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
