We're a leading insurance company with a strong presence in Australia and New Zealand. Our three core segments - Retail, Group Insurance, and General Insurance - work together to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is around AU$180,000 per annum, plus benefits including 5 weeks' leave, 15 days personal/carer's leave, and access to programs for health and wellbeing.

Job Description

You'll be responsible for setting the strategy and vision for our customer engagement platforms, working closely with our technology team to ensure seamless integration and interconnectivity. Your expertise will help us navigate the complex landscape of customer experience, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set the strategy and maintain the vision and roadmap for our Customer Engagement Platforms
  • Ensure the right technology and interconnectivity to meet business outcomes
  • Integrate AI into the customer engagement process
  • Collaborate with brand, marketing, and design teams to ensure alignment
  • Work closely with data and data architecture teams to ensure data meets the needs of the engagement platform
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in transformation of key business areas, including strategic planning, execution, and change management
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Broad technical knowledge of marketing tech, customer engagement platforms, and digital platforms
  • Ability to engage and develop relationships with business stakeholders
