A high-performing Store Manager is required to drive sales and establish strong connections across Canberra and Southern NSW region.

Collaboration with owners will enable the exchange of ideas and customer feedback, leading to business expansion and improved performance.

The showroom location and local warehouse facilitate faster delivery times than other businesses in the area, contributing to increased earning potential through a result-driven commission structure.

What We Offer

A competitive base salary between $65-75K + Super, along with opportunities for business autonomy, performance-driven results, consecutive days off, and a three-day weekend once a month.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in consultative retail management.
  • Leadership of a team of at least 4.
  • Driving business results.
  • Demonstrated skills in operations, time management, self-discipline, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
