Speech Therapist Position Available

We are seeking an experienced Speech Therapist to join our team, based in the Ballarat area. This role will involve working with clients living in Ballarat and surrounding locations.

The successful candidate will be part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team who strive for continuous improvement of our practices and outcomes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Managing a caseload and providing evidence-based therapeutic supports in a timely manner
    • Delivering speech pathology services to clients within schools, homes and the broader community
    • Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client
    • Assessing clients' communication and/or swallowing level of function and capacity using clinical observations and standardised assessments

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess a positive, can-do approach and mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients and their support networks to make a real and lasting difference
  • Degree qualified Speech Pathologist
  • Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
