About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Professional to join our team at the Brucejack Mine in Northwestern, British Columbia. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and dining area
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to plan and execute menus and special events

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50lbs throughout a work shift
  • Ability to maintain high levels of performance over 12 hour shifts
  • Ability to work in areas of extreme weather conditions
  • Ability to work in close quarters with a team
