About the Role**Job Summary:**
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced security professionals to join our team as Hospital Security Officers. As a Hospital Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide security services to hospitals in the Northern Health region
- Work in a fast-paced environment, responding to emergencies and incidents
- Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure a safe and secure environment
- Conduct regular patrols of hospital premises
- Respond to alarms and incidents in a timely and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
**Requirements:**
- Current Victorian Security Licence
- First Aid Certificate
- Flexibility to work 24/7 rotating rosters
- WWCC Check
- Experience in a healthcare environment (highly desirable)
- Good level of physical fitness
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Good conflict resolution skills
- Well-presented and spoken
- Great communication skills
- Full working rights
