Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our restaurant operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory control, and cost management.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase revenue and attract new customers.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating excellent leadership skills and supporting employees through training, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Collaborate with the chef to create innovative menu options and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and achieving budget targets.
  • Implement health and safety procedures, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for customers and staff.
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Conduct regular employee performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams, driving sales growth, and controlling costs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • In-depth knowledge of food, wine, and menu planning, with the ability to create innovative and profitable dishes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
