Restaurant Manager Position

Kambo Chinese Restaurant, a renowned dining destination, is seeking an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to join its team.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of relevant experience and demonstrate excellent leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing daily restaurant operations and ensuring a deep understanding of the chef's recommended menu.
2. Demonstrating strong leadership and supporting employees through training, mentoring, and coaching.
3. Maintaining cost control of restaurant operations, budgeting, and ensuring a reasonable supply of vegetables and meat products.
4. Recording daily revenue collection and inventory of existing stock of goods.
5. Managing staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
6. Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations and maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
7. Providing exceptional customer service by engaging with customers to understand their dining experiences.
8. Recommending banquet options to customers and providing personalized advice.
9. Developing and implementing marketing efforts, including holiday campaigns and special events, to drive additional revenue.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
4. In-depth knowledge of food, wine, and menu planning, including cost control.
