Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our team in delivering complex engineering solutions for projects. The successful candidate will have experience in automation, Defence, energy, utilities or manufacturing sectors, and be eligible for state-based engineering registration in Electrical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team to successfully deliver complex engineering solutions for projects within requirements, schedule, and budget constraints.
  • Develop and refine project scopes with clients as needed.
  • Provide mentoring and leadership to your team.
  • Take accountability for the team's performance in achieving schedule, quality, and target goals.
  • Prepare and produce electrical designs to meet project requirements, specifications, and timeframes.

About You:

  • Educated to degree level in Electrical Engineering or equivalent field of study.
  • Five plus years of proven experience within automation, Defence, energy, utilities or manufacturing sectors.
  • Eligible for state-based engineering registration in Electrical Engineering.
  • Verifiable knowledge of systems engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage with key stakeholders at all levels.
