About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as an Electrical Engineer with a leading industrial automation and control systems integrator.

You will be responsible for delivering complex engineering solutions for projects, utilizing your experience and technical knowledge to ensure successful delivery of professional engineering services.

The ideal candidate will have confidence in liaising directly with clients, providing mentoring and leadership to their team, and being accountable to senior engineers for electrical design preparation and production.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine scopes of work in collaboration with clients.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to team members.
  • Prepare and produce electrical designs meeting project requirements, specifications, and timeframes.
About You
  • You must be based in Launceston or willing to relocate with unrestricted Australian Work Rights.
  • Possess an Electrical Engineering degree qualification with five plus years of proven experience in automation, Defence, energy, utilities, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Be eligible for state-based engineering registration in Electrical Engineering.
  • Have verifiable knowledge of systems engineering principles and practices.
  • Demonstrate verifiable electrical design experience.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to engage with key stakeholders at all levels.
