Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and ensure they have correct wristbands before entering the waterpark area
  • Monitor guest behavior and enforce park rules to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors
  • Maintain cleanliness of the waterpark area, including tables, bins, and gardens, to provide a pleasant atmosphere
  • Report any issues such as parking, cleaning needs, or safety concerns to the reception desk in a timely manner
  • Support effective communication among team members and adhere to workplace health and safety procedures while escalating emergencies as necessary
About You
  • Hold current First Aid certification and a valid Working with Children check or be willing to obtain one
  • Develop strong customer service skills and demonstrate effective cross-department communication
  • Show ability to work independently, make decisions, and raise concerns confidently
  • Demonstrate physical capability for occasional lifting, cleaning, and pool assistance
  • Bring a positive and enthusiastic attitude to the team
