What We Offer- Competitive hourly and penalty rates based on the SCHADS award as below:
- Daytime $43.11
- Evening $46.43
- Night $47.24
- Saturday $58.13
- Sunday $77.59
- Public Holiday $89.42
- We pay above the equivalent award rate

- Promoting independence and assisting people with disability in their daily routines such as household chores, personal care, meal preparation, and engaging in skill-building exercises.
- Implementing and following individualised plans (e.g. behaviour support plans, mobility plans) and employing a trauma-informed lens.
- Supporting people with disability to community events, appointments and social outings.
- Administering medication (training provided).
- Writing high quality and accurate shift notes (training provided).
- Fulfilling our core values Responsive, Caring, Honest, and Creative in your everyday support.
- Hold a relevant certificate, diploma, or bachelor's degree in a field related to disability support, or be actively pursuing relevant qualifications. OR Have at least 3 months of experience in supporting people with disability.
- Current First Aid/CPR Certificate.
- NSW Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Check.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
- National Police Check within the last 12 months.
- A valid and current drivers' licence, and your own vehicle with comprehensive car insurance.
- Experience in managing challenging behaviours (highly desired).
- Experience in complex care, such as PEG feeding (highly desired).
- Willingness to obtain the necessary requirements prior to commencement of employment is acceptable.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $43.11 – $47.24 per hour
