**Job Overview**

Drive is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to provide essential sales support for national accounts.

\

This role involves assessing inventory and creating insertion orders during the pre-sales phase, as well as managing and overseeing campaign implementation across various teams.

\

The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with a good understanding of PowerPoint and Excel.

\

They should also have a solid grasp of digital media and the client/media agency relationship.

\

A proactive approach to planning and organising tasks to meet deadlines is also crucial in this role.

\

Experience with ad technologies and platforms like Google Ad Manager and Salesforce is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess inventory and create insertion orders (IOs) during the pre-sales phase.\
  • Manage, delegate, and oversee campaign implementation across various teams.\
  • Act as the key liaison between the sales team, ad operations, and clients.\
  • Manage campaign assets and promptly address client change requests.\
  • Provide regular forecasting, reporting, and analysis throughout the campaign lifecycle.\
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.\
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.\
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including campaign performance data and client feedback.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital media sales and service delivery.\
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics.\
  • Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.\\
