We are seeking a highly capable and strategic professional to lead a team of specialists in delivering best-in-class services. This role is critical in ensuring the organisation secures the goods, services, and facilities it needs—on time, at the right quality, and at the best total cost of ownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of specialists to deliver high-quality outcomes services.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align strategies with business objectives and improve commercial outcomes.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in procurement, sourcing, and contract management processes.
  • Apply category management principles to identify opportunities, manage risk, and drive value.
  • Oversee sourcing activities from strategy development to contract award, ensuring governance and probity.
  • Manage supply panel, supplier relationships, and contract performance to ensure value realisation and service excellence.
  • Track and report on benefits, value creation, and key performance indicators.
About You
  • Proven experience in leadership roles, ideally within complex or regulated environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Expertise in category management, sourcing, and contract management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement.
  • Relevant qualifications in procurement or supply chain management (e.g. CIPS) are desirable.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategies and advising at executive level.
  • Skilled in reporting outcomes to executive leadership and governance bodies
  • 8+ years' experience in category management and/or business partnering in a large complex organisation, preferably in a similar organisation or industry sector
