We are seeking a skilled Technical Procurement professional to support our project delivery team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that procurement activities are carried out in a timely and cost-effective manner.

About the Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization by managing procurement activities for energy and resources tenders. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Bid Director in ensuring that proposals are technically sound and aligned with project timelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Bid Director to develop and implement procurement strategies.
  • Assisting with make or buy analysis to ensure the most cost-effective solutions are selected.
  • Coordinating requests for quotations (RFQs) across teams to ensure timely responses.
  • Verifying that procurement inputs meet bid requirements.
  • Providing support for bid office operations and team coordination as needed.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree qualification or other relevant certifications combined with significant experience on EPC projects.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in delivering energy, resources or similar construction projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Capability to manage major equipment packages.
  • Demonstrated understanding of commercial terms and conditions and ability to negotiate same.
