Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the bid director in managing procurement activities for energy and resources tenders.
  • Assist with make-or-buy analysis and ensure procurement inputs meet bid requirements.
  • Coordinate RfQs across teams and contribute to competitive tender submissions.
  • Travel may be needed to support bid office operations and team coordination.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified or other professional qualifications combined with significant practical experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in delivering energy, resources, or similar construction projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to negotiate commercial terms and conditions.
