Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role involves working closely with our clients, managing properties, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Working in a team as the in-office Property Manager.
- Collaborating closely with two staff members directly under you.
- Focusing on building strong client relationships.
- Utilizing cloud-based software, modern systems, and procedures to ensure efficient property management.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in property management.
- A valid QLD Certificate of Registration.
- A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding telephone manner and time management skills.
- A valid driver's license.
