As a key player in the industry, we are growing our team and seeking top talent to join our ever-developing journey. We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join our APAC regional team as an Operations Specialist.

THE ROLE

As an Operations Specialist, you will be part of the APAC regional team responsible for executing regional processes and managing local depots and their respective teams. Your primary focus will be on executing daily operations to drive operational results, including fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

You will have ownership of end-to-end processes that support the achievement of these objectives, spanning from real estate expansion projects to day-to-day property management, ensuring health and safety norms are met. You will also be responsible for procuring a network of partners that guarantee the daily execution of local operations.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Be an expert in local operational procedures and contribute to their evolution and adaptation to your region.
  • Assist regional and local operation leadership in achieving operational results.
  • Be the regional point of contact and ongoing relationship with all local partners and suppliers that guarantee the daily execution of local operations.
  • Execute regional stock replenishment procedures required for a smooth operation.
  • Understand and contribute to the evolution of all real-estate standards, creating a physical reality that enables local operation to excel at their job and be compliant with health and safety standards.
  • Procure and negotiate suppliers whenever required.
  • Lead the expansion of our network through real estate procurement and negotiation and expanding the current supplier network.
  • Contribute to achieving efficiency targets on your region.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • A background in Engineering, business, or a similar education.
  • A proactive individual who excels in taking initiative to address operational needs and ensure smooth workflows.
  • An organised and analytical person who looks at data to drive their actions and effectively manages their time to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Someone with attention to detail, who follows detailed procedures and ensures precision in execution.
  • A team player who is willing to work closely with their team members and local teams and contribute to the overall objectives.
  • An adaptable and resilient individual who can adapt to unforeseen events in order to reach the end result.
  • A good communicator with clear and effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and external partners.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory.
