  • Confidence in cultivating strong relationships, addressing challenging situations, and implementing solutions that enhance service quality.
  • Experience and capability to drive financial growth through strategic planning and thoughtful decision-making.
  • Comprehensive understanding of key metrics that impact hospitality businesses, using this knowledge to drive top-line revenue and motivate the team to do the same.
  • Ability to formulate an overall operational strategy, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the resort and all departments.
  • Strong background in management of facilities and assets.
