Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Reception desk, including guest registration, information provision, and issue resolution.
  • Lead and develop a team of customer service professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a positive guest experience.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure compliance and effective implementation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Front Office department at a supervisory level, with a strong track record of customer service excellence.
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems, with a preference for Opera.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using a computer and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
